1. Filter Units

Dust exhaust systems are installations by which dust, which is a common phenomenon during many technological processes, is exhausted from the production area by a pneumatic transport system and then it separated from air at the desired site, deposited or used as fuel or raw material for a new product. The main functions of dust exhaust system are: better working conditions and protection of workers, protection of the environment and machines, energy savings, recycling of waste materials. The central unit of these systems is the filter.
Our dust exhaust systems are used in all production processes in which dusts of different types and properties occur: wood industry, food industry, tobacco industry, metal processing industry, chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, cement plants and quarries, cardboard and printing works, sandblasting and blasting and others. The main advantages of dust exhaust systems are: optional fine emission of pollutants into the environment (all national and EU standards are met), energy savings and the solution of pressure by returning purified air to the production area.
The filters are modular and can be further expanded as needed with maximum utilization of the existing installation.
Large industrial systems (filters 3KF and 3KFP) are used as main filters for large facility with a capacity of up to 200,000 m³ / h. These units ensure the return of air to the production area and the extraction of sawdust through conveyors and dispensers. Large filters are made in two variants as underpressure and overpressure. The type of filter and its capacity are selected on based the requirements of the technological process. They are highly efficient with a fine degree of separation and finer particles. It is optimal for machines with high material attack, for continuous operation without interruption. The filter is emptied into the silo, briquettes and the like. All filters are equipped with: antistatic filter bags, forced shaking off system, filter emptying equipment - cleaner, conveyor and dispenser, explosion and fire protection elements, fire extinguishing line (" dry "), electrical instalations. Filter sheet thickness is 2 and 3mm. The filter is entirely a product of KIMEL-FILTERS d.o.o.

The extracted air can be refined and cooled down by 1-2 ° C back into the production line, all in terms of energy savings, thus reducing losses, especially in winter, and also to relieve the underpressure, since a large amount of extracted air needs to be replaced.

Small industrial systems (filter KF), are for smaller operating capacities up to 30 000 m³ / h that are delivered promptly from storage. They are the optimal solution for all lines in the production of panel furniture, small joinery or for technologically connected groups of machines in large plants. Emptying into PVC bags or directly into the silo. Silo filters up to 20 m³ can be emptied directly into the truck. With this type of filter, we also offer the return of filtered air to the production hall. In this way considerable energy savings are achieved and better working conditions are ensured. One or more suction fans can be connected to the filter. The shaking of the bags is done by gravity or counter-pressure fans with programmers.
