The Commissioning of an LGC1500 automatic rectangular sheath folding machine equipped with 3 unwinders of 5 tons. This machine completes the industrial equipment of the company KIMEL-FILTRI, a leader in Croatia and in the region as a specialist in industrial filtration and ventilation systems.

The LGC1500 is an automated machine allowing the mass production of square or rectangular ventilation ducts from metal coils. The advantages of this machine are: a complete process for feeding sheet metal, straightening, stiffening, bending (in L, U or whole) and shearing, with programming of lengths and quantities.

Thanks to the company Jouanel and their partner LORSEL STROJEVI d.o.o. ZAGREB, the distributor of machinery and equipment in the metallurgical industry in Zagreb, for the execution of this project and to their technician for this commissioning.
