1. Flexible hoses

Flexible hoses are used to connect the machine to the dust system. Kimel-Filtri offers several types of flexible hoses, which cover a wide variety of needs for different types of dust exhaust systems and types of dust.

Transparent with galvanized steel spiral

Transparent with TPU-coated coppered steel
Ester based TPU duct reinforced with TPU coated copper coloured high adhesion steel wire
Smooth inside to ensure optimization of flow properties
Wall thickness from 0,4 mm to 0,75 mm., It is light and flexible
Resistant to abrasion, mineral oils, weather conditions, ozone and ageing
Expecially suitable for dynamic applications
The TPU-coated spiral allows more bending sessions than a hose with a not coated steel spiral
Halogen free, it can be made conductive by grounding the spiral
It can be made in the microbes resistant version (contact our office for more details)

PUM

Translucid with TPU-coated coppered spiral
Ester based TPU duct reinforced with TPU coated high adhesion steel wire. Smooth inside to ensure optimization of flow properties
Wall thickness from 0,4 mm to 0,75 mm
Maximum flexibility, high compressibility (about 5:1) and lightness make this duct an excellent choice for cost saving storage and transport and easy handling in operation
Resistant to abrasion, mineral oils, UV, ozone and ageing
Expecially suitable for dynamic applications
The TPU-coated spiral allows more bending sessions than a hose with a not coated steel spiral

Translucent with high adhesion TPU coated copper colored steel spiral
Ester based Polyurethane hose reinforced with a TPU coated copper colored steel spiral that allows a high adhesion.
Smooth inside to ensure optimization of flow properties.
Constant wall thickness of 0,9 mm fortthe whole diameter range.
Strong but very light and flexible even at low temperatures, it is suitable for heavy duty applications where a very good abrasion resistance is required.
Resistant to mineral oils, chemicals, atmospherical agents and ozone.
Halogen free; it can be made conductive by grounding the spiral.
It can be produced in the microbes resistant version or with pemanent antistatic <10⁹ Ohm/metre material
Suction of granulates, abrasive powders and sawdust.

EOLO

Grey plasticized PVC duct with anti-shock rigid PVC spiral.
Perfectly smooth inside, outside corrugated.
Very light and flexible.
Resistant to atmospherical agents and to most chemicals.
Antistatic version on request
Suction of air, fumes, gas, dust, sawing. wood chips.
Industrial conditioning and ventilation systems, dust extraction, woodworking processing plants.
On request, it can be manufactured in the antistatic version

EOLO L

Dark gray
Features: plasticized PVC duct with antishock rigid PVC spiral.
Perfectly smooth inside, outside corrugated.
More flexible and lighter than Eolo, it keeps unchanged the technical properties (wear, resistance and bending), thanks to the perfect balance between weight and mechanical resistance.
Resistant to atmospherical agents and to most chemicals.
Suction of air, fumes, gases, sawing, dust.
Aerating and conditioning plants, woodworking plants.
Resistant to low temperatures.

EOLO PU EST

Transparent with gray-dark spiral
Spiral hose with an ester based Polyurethane, reinforced with an anti-shock rigid PVC spiral.
Seamless tube to maximise optimal flow.
Resistant to abrasion and torsion; it has a good resistance to most chemicals, UV, ozone and atmospherical agents.
On request it can be manufactured in the antistatic version, wih copper spiral for earthing to protect against static dissipation.
Suction and transportation of abrasive media such as powders, pellets, granulates, fibres, can be used for dedusting and industrial cleanings.

Translucent with high adhesion TPU coated coppered steel spiral
Ester based Polyurethane duct reinforced with a TPU high adhesion coated copper colored steel spiral.
Totally smooth inside to ensure optimization of flow properties.
Constant wall thickness of 0,7 mm through all the diameter range
Strong but light and flexible, it’s suitable to heavy duty applications where a very good abrasion resistance is required.
In fact its capability of abrasion resistance is 20 mm³, 50% more than that of a conventional TPU hose
Resistant to mineral oils, ageing, atmospherical agents, ozone and to most chemicals.
Free of Halogen
NEXT 07 is made by a special TPU that combines different properties which make the wall material permanent antistatic (10⁹Ohm/m) and resistant to UV.
Thanks to the excellent quality of compound used, the hose is more resistant to Hydrolysis than a conventional Ester-based TPU hose.
It can be made conductive (10²Ohm/m) by grounding the spiral.
Suction of granules, abrasive powders, pellets, sawdust, fumes and abrasive powders.
Suitable to be used in plastic, woodworking, ceramic, dust extraction industries

APOLLO SE

PVC hose reinforced with an anti-shock rigid PVC spiral.
Particularly suitable to be used at low temperatures.
Inside surface smooth, light corrugation outside.
Strong and flexible, resi-stant to crushing, abrasion, atmospheric agents and most chemicals.
It can be manufactured in antistatic version with copper wire on request.
Excellent for suction of liquids in waste ma-nagement, particularly suitable to be used on tank trucks thanks to its physical- mechanical features

APOLLO SUPERFLEX

Black PVC/NBR hose, reinforced with an anti-shock rigid PVC spiral.
Special formulation conceived for keeping the flexibility at extreme temperatures, better than similar PVC hoses commonly used.
Antistatic version with copper wire on request.

APOLLO SUPERFLEX 2

PVC/NBR hose reinforced with an anti-shock rigid PVC spiral.
Its particular mixed rubber nitrylic formulation gives it a high flexibility at extreme low temperatures.
Its profile with a slightly protruding spiral guarantees an easy dragging on the ground and an easy and safe connection.
Suction and delivery of industrial water and liquids, ideal to be used on tank trucks.
Antistatic version with copper wire on request

APOLLO NL 1

Grey plasticized PVC hose manufactured with super elastic material and reinforced with anti-shock rigid PVC spiral.
Special formulation conceived for keeping high flexibility even at low temperatures.
Its expo-sed spiral allows less resistance to dragging.
Excellent solution for suction and discharge of industrial water, slurries and liquids; particularly suitable to be used on tank trucks

SPIRALPRESS WT 1

Hose made by plasticized vinylic compound with an anti-shock rigid PVC spiral and textile reinforcement.
Completely smooth inside and with an exposed PVC corrugated helix that al-lows less resistance to dragging.
Light and flexible, the hose is suitable for applications where a good resistance to high pressures is required.
Banding coil available on request.
Excellent solution for suction and delivery of water, conceived to resist at the highest pressures ,even in severe conditions.
Rental pumping systems and for water discharge

MARTE A.O.

Hose in special antimigration PVC compound reinforced with an anti-shock rigid PVC spiral.
It’s resistant to abrasion, ageing, atmospheric agents and ozone.
Available on request also in the antistatic version with copper wire.
For suction and delivery of liquids, also containing mineral oils, lubricants, crude oils (naphta and diesel oil).

2. Pipeline elements

The piping and piping elements are made of galvanized and black sheet metal. Depending on the abrasiveness of the print media, the type of pipeline is selected.

Black sheet piping (∂ = 2-3 mm; used in sawmills – extremely abrasive media)
Galvanized pipeline (∂ = 0.6-1.5 mm; smaller joinery – medium abrasive media).
We also produce all types of fluted (pertlane) fittings (∂ = 0.5-0.8 mm; they are used for ventilation of paint shops and return of purified air back to the hall – poorly abrasive media)

According to your needs, we make complete pipelines of galvanized sheet metal with all connecting fittings: Pipes, twigs, reducers, elbows, chandeliers, flaps, manual and pneumatic latches, fittings and flanges, etc.

We offer all diameters of the above elements. The pipeline is designed according to the design, which results in an optimal solution. We perform the service of reconstruction of existing pipeline networks that can be expanded or reduced, while taking advantage of all existing elements with the condition of good functionality for the new machine configuration.

Manual and pneumatic latches

We offer two types of latches, namely manual and pneumatic latches
Latches are used to control flow
As the name implies, the hand latch has a manual actuator while the pneumatic actuator has a pneumatic actuator

Couplings

The couplings serve to interconnect the pipeline elements
We also offer stainless steel connectors, they have the same function as ordinary ones, which is to connect and tighten between pipes
The couplings have a screw clamping system

Clamps

The clamps serve to allow the flexible tube to be attached to the machine. We offer classic and patent clamps.

Classic clamps are made of galvanized sheet metal. The standard diameter of the clamps is from 60 mm to 310 mm (we supply them from the warehouse). According to the client’s needs, it is also possible to manufacture clamps of other dimensions

Patent clamps allow for easy and quick assembly and disassembly. Standard diameter 500 mm, can be galvanized or plasticised

3. Filter bags and PVC bags

Filter bags

Proper selection of the filter material can achieve the desired degree of filtration up to the smallest particles, thus meeting the standards of maximum allowable emission of filtered particles by all criteria. We make filter bags according to your needs from the highest quality materials of renowned world manufacturers. Our years of experience guarantee you expert help in selecting the optimum material and installation. Filter bags are used in: animal feed, wood, food, chemical, pharmaceutical, tobacco, metal and other industries

Standard dimensions of the filter bags we keep in stock: Ø500 × 1300, Ø220 × 1800, Ø220 × 3000, Ø250 × 1800, Ø250 × 2400

The bags are made of filter materials polyester, antistatic, polyester OH resistant to moisture and oil, ordinary thermally treated polyester and woven materials are shipped directly from storage. Also according to your requirements we make bags of all sizes from various materials adapted to the type of dust / waste in the shortest possible time.

PVC bags

PVC bags also serve to deposit dust in filters and mobile dust collectors. We directly supply PVC bags from the warehouse:

transparent (thicker and thinner) and recycled (thicker)
standard sizes Ø450 × 1100 Ø500 × 1300 and Ø550 × 1300 and original PVC bags for Coral and Robland mobile dusters etc.
